I am very pleased with the service I received. I feel that the service advisor had my best interest in mind thru out the entire process.
We have really fallen in love with Subarus! I have the Crosstrek Wilderness, and we got my wife the new Outback Wilderness. The dealership has always been great at servicing the vehicles. I was just surprised that they had moved. I drove to the old location and had to make my way to the new one. I must have missed the memo.

My vehicle was towed to Subaru due to bad service from a different dealership and right away these 3 gentleman assessed the issue and had me back on the road in warp speed. The customer service was amazing and my vehicle is on the road as good as new I can’t help but thanking them for the excellent customer service. I will not bring my car anywhere else moving forward.

The techs did not check tire pressure or fill all fluids As 4 wheels are low and wind shield washer fluid low

SNO is very efficient handling service calls. Scheduling is easy and time to repair, most often, is well within expectations. The service advisor and sometimes the technician reviews the work done thoroughly. A very good dealer experience.
Kendall at Subaru North Orlando made the inspection and entire repair process, including warranty approval, a professional and pleasant experience. The repair was completed in less than three weeks, with consistent communication throughout.

I’ve been bringing both of our Subaru vehicles (Crosstrek, Outback) to Lakeland Subaru for servicing for almost four years now. Mike Brimlow has been the service advisor and has done an exceptional job. He keeps you up to date during the servicing and clearly explains the scheduled work performed and any additional work that is deemed necessary. He’s always upbeat with a great sense of humor!

in December I took my car with A/C problems they supposedly fixed. I had 12,000 miles or one year warranty. Here comes July the car is doing the same thing it was doing in December which I paid $1800.00 . Now they tell me is something totally different than what they fixed in December and 7 months later another $1400.00. The first problem I had with this car when under warranty was the A/C and it's the only real problem I've had with the car. The salesperson, David, was disrespectful and condescending. My sister has had a good experience at the dealer with a different salesperson but my experience, with David, was the worst.
Bought new tires for the 2017 Outback and had the wheel alignment checked along with an oil change. All done correctly in just under two hours.
I was Very happy with the service writer that handled my appointment..He very professional and knowledgeable.
Service visit went well. I received my free oil change and a list of ‘needs in the future’ without a hard sell. It did take a while, but as I was using the express service I had anticipated the wait.
My interaction today was with the service department. The gentleman that helped me is always very courteous and pleasant.

Purchased a used truck from Subaru of North Orlando in March 2026 and the actual sales process was smooth. The staff was helpful, answered questions, and the truck was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication from finance/title staff has been inconsistent, callbacks and emails often went unanswered, and I’ve repeatedly had issues getting paperwork and registration handled correctly. My temporary tags expired twice, leaving the truck unusable while I still have no permanent registration or clear answers. Great vehicle and initial buying experience, but the follow-through after the sale has been very disappointing.

It was my first, but not last, time of getting my oil changed. It was fast, the staff was very pleasant and took the time to answer several questions that I had. They did not rush me nor at anytime did they act as if they were in a hurry

Everyone was very nice. Appreciate the snacks and drinks available at no cost. I was told 2 hours for 6 month service and it was just a tad over an hour. So very pleased with the way they worked hard to get everything done and people on their way.

As soon as I got there the service department readily went over what work was to be done and took care of it faster than what they said the wait would be. I can't remember his name but he had glasses and blonde hair, when they were done came to get me in the waiting area, went over what things would probably have to be done next or to keep an eye on and then I paid and I got into my car where he said it would be and it was another quick, easy and no pressure visit
Easy to deal with pricing a straightforward. We were looking for a Subaru Solterra used. We called from Bradenton made a tentative deal over the phone, and then drove an hour and a half to go get the car.

John was very helpful and understanding. He reserved a loaner car for me to use while my car was in for a 5 yr major maintenance. The service team was very thorough and found something that needed attention as it could become a safety issue. They needed to keep my car overnight for the extra work to be done. I was able to take the loaner car home. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and professional.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was referred to the north location by a friend who highly recommended Kelly. Unfortunately, Kelly wasn't there, but Jason took excellent care of me and my dog, Moose. We wanted less than an hour, and Moose enjoyed walking around the sales staff to say hello and get ear rubs. Several staff members offered to give Moose a treat, and he couldn't say no! The employees made us feel welcome, and Moose had a great time.
I always feel like a VIP at Subaru Lakeland. The staff are always friendly and efficient—from check-in to checkout. I always know what is going on, how much it’s going to cost, and a good estimate of when it will be done.
Last week, my 2018 Forester’s A/C unit failed, causing a significant repair cost. Austin Smith, the service representative, worked with Subaru Corporate to reduce my expenses by half. And, while the car was being repaired, I was provided with a loaner car. (A new 2025 Subaru, which was WOW!)

Brought my car in for service , it took less than an hour including car wash. Everyone was friendly and professional. The waiting area was comfortable and clean.
Both Sales Representative and Finance Manager were great professionals but the detail staff did not fully clean the interior of the car. The exterior was decent but not excellent.

Promised a refund of towing charge as a result of incompetence resulting most of differential fluid leaking onto my garage floor after service was performed and drain plug not being secured. 17 days have gone by with no check received. Service manager not returning calls and emails.
Oil change was completed on time. They did an inspection as well. All was well.
They described the service to be completed. They asked me if I wanted to have a car wash afterwards. When the car was finished, I was told what was completed, what they were monitoring and advised when I needed to return.
